he main function of KLEANOIL® DVTP High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant is for removal of dissolved moisture, gases and solid impurities from insulating fluid so as to recover its purity and improve its dielectric strength. The machine is designed for use on transformer oil treatment of up to 500kv voltage transforming equipment.
Generally speaking, the oil purifier machine are composed by 4 systems:
Filtration System has 3 stages, organized in a coarse-to-fine order, gradually sieving out solid contaminants.
Vacuum System is a double-stage design. The coupling is a series connection of oil-sealed rotary vane pump(first stage) and Roots pump(second stage).
Heating System employs low watt density heater, so as to avoid oil degradation due to high temperature. It drys the oil efficiently with the help of vacuum circumstance.
Control System ensures unattended performance of the oil treatment plant. Main components are interlocked, and in & out oil balance, foaming control, heating temperature, vacuum degree are automatically monitored and adjusted.

If the oil-filled transformer you are going to maintain is lower voltage(below 35KV), you might consider choosing our SVTP series transformer oil filter cart. The unit will be more compact and therefore suitable for smaller distribution transformers.
